About

I'm Danielle, an FCCA qualified Finance Director who is results-driven, transparent, and pragmatic.

With over fifteen years' experience, I've run operational finance inside a £70m international business, a £6m founder-led group, a £1m construction SME and everything in between. I've led buy-side due diligence twice, and supported on a sell-side PE acquisition reported at over £250m; I can defend the figures when the pressure is on. I've also sat on the other side of the table, two years as a board trustee of a regulated housing provider, so I know what a board needs from its numbers.

I started this consultancy because I see start-ups and growing businesses paying for bookkeeping when really, they need leadership. I'm passionate about proving the value a finance department can deliver. I work both remotely and on site, based in Yorkshire, with clients across the UK.
